Your inventory must fit the listed vehicle in one load. Have everything packed and ready, furniture emptied and walkways clear. Parking and carries must be reasonable, generally within 75 feet of each entrance. Mini Delivery allows one standard flight total; the $500 and $1,000 packages allow one standard flight at each location.

Items over 200 lb, items requiring three or more movers, specialty lifts, hoisting and difficult or unsafe access require a custom estimate. Extra flights—including third-floor walk-ups—long carries, additional stops, multiple loads, travel beyond 15 miles and packing services fall outside these packages. Tell us about sleeper sofas, safes, pianos, treadmills and other unusually heavy or awkward items before booking. We will review the weight, dimensions and access rather than assume they qualify.

Package time runs from arrival at pickup through completion at delivery, including loading, driving between locations, unloading, carrying and waiting. Additional time is $200 per hour for the two-person crew, billed in 30-minute increments. Added items or changed access may require a revised estimate; we discuss changes before proceeding. Submit the free estimate form and provide photos or video. We confirm eligibility, availability and written terms before booking. A $100 non-refundable deposit reserves the approved date and is applied to your final balance.
